Company and corporate documents
We regularly assist Irish and international companies that need corporate documents notarised for use abroad.
Common documents include board resolutions, directors' resolutions, certificates of incorporation, good-standing or incumbency certificates, constitutions, company registers, share certificates, transfer documents, commercial contracts and corporate powers of attorney.
The notary will usually need to verify the identity of the person signing, that person's authority to sign for the company, and the existence or status of the company. Send the document and any foreign instructions in advance so we can confirm what evidence is needed.
