Company document certification

Irish companies involved in international transactions often need corporate documents notarised for a foreign registry, regulator, bank, lawyer or counterparty.

We certify and authenticate certificates of incorporation, constitutions, registers, board and shareholder resolutions, good-standing documents, incumbency certificates, share documents and related corporate records.

For a corporate document, the notary will usually check the identity of the person signing, their authority to sign for the company, and the company's details. Bring photo identification and evidence of authority. If the document has a required execution form, send it in advance.
