Why Corporate Notary.ie
Documents for use abroad are often needed at the end of a transaction, when time is already tight. A signature, company certificate or power of attorney that is not notarised correctly can delay a filing, a completion or a foreign property matter.
Corporate Notary is built for that point in the process. We tell you what is needed, agree the fee before we start, and help move the document through notarisation, apostille and legalisation where required.
Corporate and commercial focus.
We regularly assist companies, directors, solicitors, accountants and private clients with documents for use outside Ireland.
Clear preparation.
We confirm what to bring before the appointment, including identity documents and evidence of company authority where needed.
Apostille and legalisation support.
Where a further certificate is needed, we can arrange the Department of Foreign Affairs apostille and advise on embassy or consular legalisation.
Dublin-based service.
Appointments are handled from Dublin, with urgent matters considered where the document and destination requirements are clear.
How it works
- Send the document. Email the document and any instructions from the foreign lawyer, authority, bank, registry or other receiving party. Do not sign it in advance unless you have been told to do so.
- We confirm the requirements. We review what is needed, tell you what to bring, and agree the fee before the appointment.
- You attend the appointment. Bring the original document, photo ID, proof of address, and any company authority documents if signing for a company.
- We complete the notarial step. The notary witnesses, certifies or authenticates the document as required.
- Apostille or legalisation follows where needed. If the destination country requires it, we arrange or advise on the next certification step.
